Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the QUEEN TIME PERU customer-communication platform (the "Platform") operated by QUEEN TIME PERU ("we", "us"). By interacting with QUEEN TIME PERU through a connected messaging channel, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Platform is an internal tool that QUEEN TIME PERU uses to receive and respond to customer messages across channels — including TikTok, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and our website — and to support orders and inquiries. The Platform is provided for QUEEN TIME PERU's own customer-service use and is not offered as a product or service to third parties.

2. Acceptable use

When communicating with us you agree not to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform or our systems.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use our channels for spam or unsolicited commercial messaging.

3. Automated replies

Some replies you receive may be generated with automated or AI-assisted tools to answer you faster. While we work to keep responses accurate, automated replies may occasionally contain errors. Product availability, pricing, and order details are confirmed by QUEEN TIME PERU before an order is finalized. You can request a human agent at any time.

4. Orders and payments

Any purchase you make with QUEEN TIME PERU is subject to the pricing, availability, shipping, and payment terms communicated to you at the time of your order. Conversations through the Platform do not themselves constitute a binding sale until the order is confirmed by us.

5. Third-party platforms

The messaging channels we connect to (including TikTok) are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of those platforms is between you and the platform operator. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of those third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual property

The QUEEN TIME PERU name, logo, website, and content are owned by QUEEN TIME PERU and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform and our communications are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QUEEN TIME PERU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our communication channels.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date above.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles.
